Gaithiri Siva is a Tamil feminist from Malaysia with more than 20 years in finance and philanthropy. She brings financial expertise, regional roots, and a soft spot for bottom-up experiments to her current work in Asia, moving resources to locally rooted, community-led efforts building more equitable and resilient futures. Siva was the Buen Vivir Fund’s director from 2019 to 2023.
