Hoang Murphy is the CEO of People Serving People. Hoang was the 2023 University of Minnesota Child Welfare Change Maker award recipient, a 2022 Bush Foundation Fellow, the 2021 CCAI Angel in Adoption awardee, and served as the 2016 Public Policy Fellow with the United States Department of Education. Hoang is a proud new American and first-generation college graduate with a B.A. from Syracuse University, where he majored in Policy Studies and obtained an M.S., Ed. from Johns Hopkins University.
