Jaime Gloshay is the managing director of impact investments at Common Future, deploying catalytic investments into emerging funds and fund managers. She began her career in finance when she developed DreamSpring’s (formerly Acción) Native lending program and supported the development of Nusenda Credit Union’s Co-op Capital relationship-based lending initiative with Roanhorse Consulting LLC. She is also a cofounder and former co-CEO of Native Women Lead.
