Jared Carroll, LMSW, SIFI (he/him) is a licensed social worker and youth development specialist, with work spanning non-profit, education, and mental health leadership over the past 18 years. Jared is the CEO and founder of Play At The Core, a youth development program consulting organization with the mission to inspire healing and change through play. Play At The Core supports leaders within the helping professions to identify the power in their current efforts, articulate and engage meaningfully with challenges, and lean into their purpose to promote thriving within their work. He received his BA from Boston College, and his MSW from New York University where he now teaches Management and Organizational Practice for 21st Century Social Work as an adjunct lecturer.
