Jennifer Nichols is a senior associate and assistant director of research interpretation and application at the FrameWorks Institute. Prior to joining FrameWorks, she worked as a higher education policy specialist and union organizer at the American Association of University Professors. She holds a PhD in English from Michigan State University.
