Jonathan Castillo Palanco is the Manager of Green Energy and Critical Services at the Hispanic Federation in Puerto Rico. He has over a decade’s experience promoting Puerto Rico’s transition to renewable energy through research, policy, community education, and solar energy installations aimed at improving the quality of life of the archipelago’s most vulnerable communities.
