Joseph Ceasar is the founder and Executive Director of the Legacy Institute for Financial Education (LIFE), a designated Financial Opportunity Center by LISC and an emerging Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). In 2020, Ceasar was awarded the Rubinger Community Fellowship, given to 10 fellows throughout the nation each year to spearhead efforts that amplify the voices of community members and explore areas for growth within their communities.
