Kate Harris

Kate Harris is a life raft in the rough seas of organizational change. As the founder and principal of the Kate Harris Group, she partners with nonprofits who want to grow through collaboration. She has worked in program, fundraising, and director roles with nonprofits including the National Wildlife Federation, the Ecology Center, and Build It Green. She was a managing consultant for Marts & Lundy and most recently served as Director of Consulting for Nonprofit Enterprise at Work. Kate is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in RI family court, a volunteer mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center, and currently serves on the Steering Committee of the Sustained Collaboration Networks’ Consultant Community of Practice.
