Kim Pate is of Eastern Band Cherokee, Mississippi Choctaw, and Black descent. Pate is the managing director of NDN Fund, an emerging Native community development financial Institution (CDFI) that serves as the lending and impact investing arm of NDN Collective and provides braided capital solutions and capacity for Native Nations, Indigenous changemakers, community developers, and enterprises.
