Kim Tran is a cofounder of Desai & Tran Consulting where she supports social impact organizations to align what they do with how they work. Her first book on the relationship between the diversity industry and liberatory movements is titled After Diversity: Complicity, Subversion and the Future of a Controversy (Haymarket Books, 2025).
