Millard “Mitty” Owens, principal at Community Impact Consulting, was a PRI (program-related investments) officer at the Ford Foundation, directed microlending at Self Help, and helped lead the NYC Office of Financial Empowerment. He is an Advisor to the Program on Inequality at the Institute for Policy Studies.
