Monique Johnson serves as Chief Operating Officer with the Better Housing Coalition in Richmond, VA. Dr. Johnson is an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University where she teaches urban policy courses in the school of government and public affairs and real estate development courses in the business school.
