Niduk D’souza has been an NGO leader and advocate for over 17 years. From working at the grassroots with small community organizations across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America and with large donor organizations and multilaterals such as UNDP, UNEP and UNICEF, Niduk has helped hundreds of nonprofits, charities, NGOs become more strategic, effective and raise more money. She is a social entrepreneur, with her latest venture, Impact With Intention, focused on capacity building of NGOs in the global south.
