Owen Dowsett works as a senior consultant within the British Council’s Global Social Enterprise Team and has a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa. He has previously undertaken research and development relating to “equality impact investing” and has spent time with various charities and social enterprises in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.
