Paul MacArthur is a founding partner of MacArthur, Heder & Metler, PLLC, located in Provo, UT, where he practices in the areas of tax planning, commercial transactions and associations, business contracts and formation, and tax-exempt organizations. He studied at Brigham Young University, where he received a BA in English and Business Management and a JD from the J. Reuben Clark Law School. He also holds an LLM in Taxation from the Washington School of Law.
