Penn Loh is distinguished senior lecturer and Director of Community Practice at Tufts University’s Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning. He partners with various community base-building organizations in the Solidarity Economy Initiative, the Right to the City Alliance, and the Center for Economic Democracy (where he is also a board member).
