Rebecca J. Kissane is a postdoctoral fellow at Princeton University. Her research interests include the impact of welfare reform on nonprofits and the role of nonprofits in the lives of poor families. She acted as the project manager and interviewer for the institutional component of the Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation's Project on Devolution and Urban Change in Philadelphia.
