Rusty Stahl is the President and CEO of Fund the People, which advocates for investment in America’s nonprofit workforce. He also hosts the popular Fund the People podcast. Stahl founded the organization based on his research as a Visiting Scholar in Residence at NYU Wagner. Previously, Rusty served as founding executive director of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. He holds an MA in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University and began his career as a program associate at the Ford Foundation.
