Sherwood Hines grew up on a cattle and hog farm in eastern Ontario (now a sanctuary for rescued horses) which he returns to whenever he can. His career is in homeless youth trauma therapy and addiction counseling. He has been researching the environmental implications of our addiction to meat over the past five years.
