Susan Misra, codirector of Management Assistance Group (MAG), has worked with over two hundred nonprofit organizations and networks on leaderful practices of board and staff, complex systems change and strategy, and capacity building. Misra specializes in aligning an organization’s internal operations and structure with its social justice values through inclusive, participatory, and analytically rigorous processes. Her work is grounded in three decades of activism to bring about love, dignity, and justice with an intersectional equity lens.
