Senior Email Marketing & Conversion Strategist

Job Title: Senior Email Marketing & Conversion Strategist
Location: Full-Time, Remote
Applications Close: Friday, March 6 at 5pm PST

Own the Revenue Engine Powering Independent Journalism

We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing & Conversion Strategist to take full ownership of NPQ’s email-based revenue strategy—driving measurable growth in membership, donor engagement, event participation, and earned revenue. This is a high-impact role for a strategist who sees email not as content distribution, but as a disciplined system of persuasion, testing, and performance optimization.

You will own the metrics. You will own the strategy. You will own the results.

This role requires a focused operator who pairs conversion rigor with deep fluency in nonprofit, philanthropy, and social justice ecosystems. You must be equally comfortable writing mission-aligned copy and dissecting performance dashboards.

If you are motivated by measurable growth, energized by experimentation, and fluent in the language of nonprofit leaders and funders, this role offers the opportunity to build and scale a revenue channel that directly sustains independent, sector-leading journalism.
