Q: I have a magazine subscription – why don’t I have access to the webinars?

A: NPQ‘s magazine subscription is separate from the webinar account/Leading Edge Membership. It is magazine only versus webinar based. Click here to access your magazine subscription account.

The Leading Edge Membership is a webinar-based account. You get full access to all on-demand webinars and digital archives, which includes digital versions of the magazine (print not included). You are also automatically registered to all upcoming premium webinars during your active membership. No need to purchase the individual webinars.

Q: When can I expect the print issues?

A: Mailings can be delayed due to the current environment, but typically: the spring issue is mailed out in April, the summer issue in July, the fall issue in October, and the winter issue in January.

Q: Why am I getting a renewal notice? My subscription should still be active.

A: NPQ‘s magazine subscription is quarterly, an annual subscription will always receive 4 issues.

Breakdown:

Subscribe or renew in the months of December to February, your first issue will be the winter issue. Your second issue would be the spring issue, which will be mailed in April. In a year, you would expire with the fall issue (October).

Subscribe or renew in the months of March to May, your first issue will be the spring issue. Your second issue would be the summer issue, which will be mailed in July. In a year, you will expire with the winter issue (January).

Subscribe or renew in the months of June to August, your first issue will be the summer issue. Your second issue would be the fall issue, which will be mailed in October. In a year, you will expire with the spring issue (April).

Subscribe or renew in the months of September to November, your first issue will be the fall issue. Your second issue would be the winter issue, which will be mailed in January. In a year, you will expire with the summer issue (July).

Q: I have a digital magazine subscription. How do I access my issues?

A: Click here to access the digital magazine. The digital issue’s password will be emailed to you. If you do not get the password, please email [email protected].
