Alysse Rodriguez is a Texas native, community activist, and organizational development consultant based in Maryland. With 15+ years in the nonprofit sector—spanning administration, fundraising, and people operations—her work is rooted in equity, accessibility, and people first organizational sustainability. As the founder of Alta FWD Nonprofit Consulting, she specializes in helping organizations navigate change, build resilience, and strengthen their operational foundations. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Operations for Rewire News Group and Director of Administration with The Immigration Hub. She holds a Master of Science in International Development from Tulane University, where she studied migrant populations in Asia and the Americas.
