Benjamin is a professional in the nonprofit and private sector currently working in philanthropy. He earned his Masters degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a member of the Nu Lambda Mu Honors Society. He seeks to disrupt the status quo in the nonprofit industry and the larger society by combating the deleterious impact of increasing inequality, and strives to create new systems that provide opportunities for all by emphasizing new approaches to economic development, and developing non-traditional leaders. A few of his interests include nonprofit management, leadership and equity, economic development strategies focused on community wealth building, as well as issues related to American foreign policy.
