christian perry is a Partner on the Portfolio Investing team at New Profit, where he works alongside social entrepreneurs across democracy, economic mobility, and education as a strategic advisor, leadership coach, and board member. He currently leads Unlocked Futures, supporting organizations led by formerly incarcerated and directly impacted social entrepreneurs working to transform the criminal legal system.

Prior to joining New Profit, christian led the Dorchester Food Co-op, where he secured the permanent home for the community- and worker-owned grocery store focused on expanding food access and economic opportunity. Throughout his career, he has helped people with bold visions for change build the relationships, resources, and institutional infrastructure needed to make those visions real and durable. His work has also included co-founding blackyard, an alternative school; organizing campaigns in Massachusetts; cooperative business development in Lesotho; and helping grassroots and movement organizations mobilize capital and other critical resources.
