DeLisha Tapscott is a nonprofit organizational leader, scholar, and strategist committed to advancing equity, transformative leadership, and organizational change. She is the co-founder of Black Girl Narrative, a digital space amplifying Black women’s research, storytelling, and advocacy. She also currently serves as co-executive director at MADRE, a global feminist organization that partners with women, girls, and gender-diverse people and movements to advance human rights, justice, and collective power. With over two decades of experience in organizational development, strategy, and storytelling, she brings a particular focus to how leadership and institutions can better support those navigating intersecting systems of power. She holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton.
