Dr. PennElys Droz

Dr. PennElys Droz is a mother, grandmother, and organizer in service of equitable and healing economies that honor the Earth, our cultures, and our communities, currently serving this work through both grassroots efforts at the Flicker House and as Partner in Governance and Community Strategy at Salmon Returns. She has worked in Indigenous culturally-based engineering and regenerative development for over two decades, currently centered on building Indigenous-led intercultural futures. She is a natural builder, farmer, and lover of all things dirt, moss, lichen, and fungi.
