Gregory Haile

Gregory Haile is the chief executive officer of Upwardly Global, the leading organization focused on helping trained immigrant professionals access opportunities in the US workforce. He also serves as board chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Currently, he is a research fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School's Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government (after previously serving as a senior fellow), where he extends his expertise at the intersection of our nation’s workforce needs, AI, and national security. In addition, he is a senior advisor to The Project on Workforce at Harvard, an interdisciplinary collaboration across three Harvard schools: the Kennedy School, the Harvard Business School, and Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
