

izzy sazak is a turkish-colombian-american transdisciplinary artist, theater-maker, educator, and emergent facilitator. They live, work, and play on Lenni Lenape Land (philadelphia). They are an associate artist of Delaware Shakespeare, and a company member of Applied Mechanics, philadelphia’s vanguard experimental theater company. izzy is a queer, genderful, eco-feminist-abolitionist, whose art is an investigation of joy, magic and belonging asradical forms of resistance. izzy is one of many co-conspirators in the project known as the new philly aesthetic."
