Jenay Manley

Jenay Manley is the executive director of KC Tenants, the citywide tenant union in Kansas City led by a multiracial, multigenerational base of poor and working class tenants. In 2019, she joined KC Tenants after facing housing instability as a single mother. With a vision that puts people over profit, she organizes to fight back against a system that treats housing as a commodity.
