Jenna Collins (she/her) is the Director of Supervision and Professional Development at Community Legal Services of Philadelphia, where she builds and leads the organization's supervision and training systems. Her writing and advocacy focus on equitable supervision and professional development in the legal and nonprofit sectors. A housing attorney by background, her work spans the intersection of housing, racial justice, and gender-based violence. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Amherst College.
