Jessyca Dudley

Jessyca Dudley is founder and CEO of Bold Ventures, where she has directed over $60 million to BIPOC-led organizations, creating equity-centered funding strategies that disrupt traditional philanthropy and support divested communities. Dudley has led Chicago African Americans in Philanthropy, served as a director at Arabella Advisors, cofounded the South Side Giving Circle, and teaches at the University of Chicago, where she inspires the next generation of philanthropic trailblazers. With an MPH from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Women’s Studies from Skidmore College, she champions a strategic, evidence-based vision for equitable capitalism.
