John Kania has spent the last 25 years researching, writing, consulting and teaching about social change. He is currently the Executive Director of the Collective Change Lab, a nonprofit advancing the theory and practice of healing centered systems change. Previously, John was Global Managing Director at FSG, a nonprofit consulting firm and think tank. Prior to FSG, John was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting and Corporate Decisions, Inc. He began his professional career at Leo Burnett Company, a global advertising agency. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
