Dr. Keecha Harris is president and CEO of Keecha Harris and Associates, Inc. (KHA), a US Small Business Administration 8(a)–certified firm. KHA leads organizational development, project management, and evaluation projects for publicly and privately funded efforts. The firm has also been retained by clients to facilitate power-differentiated stakeholders in processes framed to redress racial inequities, and it actively engages leaders in strategy development that centers racial equity in a politically hostile environment. Dr. Harris is a board member of the Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation and Orchid Capital Collective. Her writing has been published in the Chronicle of Philanthropy and the Nonprofit Quarterly.
