Leah Goldstein Moses is Founder of Tranquil Bay, LLP, a Minnesota-based practice guiding organizations through growth and transitions, including paths to shared and democratic ownership. She previously founded and led The Improve Group, a research, evaluation, and strategic planning consulting firm. She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs and is a past president of the Minnesota Evaluation Association. She serves as US Midwest Regional Lead and Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents Organization.
