Lerato Mashianoke is a dreamer, doer, and disruptor committed to co-creating funding ecosystems rooted in love and liberation. An African feminist scholar and philanthropy leader, she works to challenge philanthropy by shifting power and resources toward feminist movements across the Global South. Mashianoke is a member of the Black Feminists in Philanthropy network and has worked at various philanthropic entities, including the Ford Foundation and the Media Development Investment Fund.
