Megan Coolidge

Megan Coolidge is a senior consultant at Community Wealth Partners. She is a strong project manager with acute attention to detail. Megan also has deep experience as a facilitator, surfacing various perspectives while balancing them with the need for clarity and progress. Among her work at Community Wealth Partners, Megan led a program in partnership with The Case Foundation and The Kauffman Foundation focused on building the capacity of organizations striving to achieve equitable opportunities for women and people of color entrepreneurs. Megan and her team led the process to design a cohort-based program, which involved deeply understanding the challenges these leaders face and then building a program centered on their needs. She and the team then led the program’s implementation, which included in-person workshops, coaching, and virtual peer learning calls. Megan’s other client work includes supporting program design for AARP; developing a strategic plan and supporting a change-management process for a national mental health organization; leading a network capacity assessment for a research and policy institute; and developing an earned revenue strategy for a medical school, among others. Prior to Community Wealth Partners, Megan worked in the social entrepreneurship space. She was a program manager at Ashoka, the organization that pioneered the field of social entrepreneurship and selects and supports world-class entrepreneurs who tackle global issues through systems-level change. While at Ashoka, Megan facilitated partnerships between social entrepreneurs and corporate partners to collaboratively tackle social and environmental challenges. In that role, she identified and facilitated partnerships that created opportunities for the corporate partner to learn from on-the-ground innovation while also contributing their expertise to help scale impact. She then became a senior fellow at B Lab, where she helped build and support a community of business entrepreneurs striving to improve their social and environmental business practices. Megan holds an M.A. from The George Washington University and a B.A. from The College of William and Mary.
