Nardos Ghebreab is a researcher and organizational learning leader whose work sits at the intersection of learning, research, storytelling, and equity-centered organizational change. She is the co-founder of Black Girl Narrative, a digital space amplifying Black women’s research, storytelling, and advocacy. Nardos is also the managing director of Strategy, Learning & Narrative at MADRE, a global feminist organization that partners with women, girls, and gender-diverse people and movements to advance human rights, justice, and collective power. With 15 years of working with education institutions, research, and the nonprofit sector, her work centers the voices and lived experiences of those historically and systemically marginalized to understand how organizations and systems must fundamentally change. She holds a PhD in Teaching and Learning, Policy, and Leadership from the University of Maryland, College Park.
