Ngoc-Tran Vu (she/her) is a 1.5-generation Vietnamese multimedia artist, cultural organizer, and strategist based in Dorchester, Boston. Her practice centers diasporic memory, spatial justice, public art, intergenerational healing, and community-rooted storytelling. She leads “1975: A Vietnamese Diaspora Memorial,” a community-driven artist-led initiative honoring Vietnamese refugee and diaspora histories in Boston’s Little Saigon Cultural District.
