Radhika Nayar is a bridge builder with a global outlook who believes that Global Majority communities hold knowledge and expertise that can improve philanthropy worldwide. With more than 15 years of experience in the social sector, Nayar began her career in India, at Dasra, and has served as a director at Arabella Advisors and of a US-based family foundation. As an independent philanthropy advisor, she specializes in giving to India and advancing gender equality in the US and globally through advising donors, building donor networks, and supporting nonprofits with partnership development and fundraising. She serves on the board of Sakhi for South Asian Survivors and holds a BA from Wellesley College.
