Santana Moreno

Santana Moreno (they/he) is a philanthropic organizer dedicated to reclaiming and redirecting reparative resources toward progressive organizations that serve and uplift communities living at the margins of society. Santana is the director of philanthropic partnerships at the Emergent Fund—a national intermediary rapid response philanthropy that resources intersectional BIPOC social justice movements and grassroots organizing. Additionally, Santana serves on the board of directors for Detention Watch Network and URGE: Unite for Reproductive and Gender Equity, and is an inaugural Rockwood Leadership Institute TGNC Movement Leaders Fellow. Outside of their career, Santana is an artist/artivist, orchestral clarinetist, skateboarder, pizza lover, and proud dog parent to Ponyo.
