Stephanie Fine Sasse is a cultural systems designer and founder of civic arts and science nonprofit, The Plenary, Co. Trained as a neuroscience researcher, she's developed exhibitions, campaigns, and coalitions that have reached millions of students and communities across the country, in partnership with leading museums, grassroots leaders, creative producers, and institutional collaborators. She has spent the last several years researching, designing, and testing creative and cultural infrastructure to support a more generative, informed democracy. Most recently, she co-created Future of Us, a civic imagination festival launching in San Francisco on the nation's 250th anniversary, and writes about civic culture, history, and collective futures at Civic Being on Substack.
