    Jeanne – great start to a hugely important topic for NPOs.

    In my experience, some NPOs still view digital tech as a vitamin vs. a painkiller. Until they truly understand the cost of NOT creating and implementing a digital strategy (and what that really means for them and their stakeholders), they are not likely to move now. In other words, they require a more practical argument (and business case) to persuade laggard funders and boards. Of course, this cost varies depending on the NPO, but will only continue to rise across the board.
