Twitter Campaign

NPQ is approaching a big milestone: 15,000 Twitter followers! We thought we would celebrate by giving back to the nonprofit community by giving away a full-page advertisement to the organization that receives the most non-duplicated votes during our race to 15,000 followers.

Here’s how it works: Tweet at us (@npquarterly) with the hashtag #NPQgives and the name of your favorite organization and when we reach 15K Twitter followers we’ll tally up the results. The group tweeted to @npquarterly with #NPQgives the most times will receive a free full-page ad on the back cover of the print edition of Nonprofit Quarterly (a $1,500 value).

The rules are simple: The winner must be a nonprofit or organization focused on social good and able to create an ad to our specs.

So, get started! Ask your friends, followers and everyone you know to tweet your name at us to win! We’ll update the progress here and when we get to 15,000 followers the contest is over. There’s not much time, so hurry up and spread the word!

Here’s a sample tweet to get you started or click here to vote on Twitter:

Help @(yourorg) get a free ad in @npquaterly. Tweet @(yourorg) to @npquarterly with #NPQgives! Tell your friends!
