Many in our writer community have years of experience in nonprofits, philanthropy, or movement settings. Their work in nonprofits and civic organizations has helped them become like chess masters about the sector we cover, able to sense past moves and future trends in a way that is of deep use to other practitioners. They are students of organizations, fundraising, and governance, focused on economic development and racial equity.
