Why No Major Artifacts from Martin Luther King, Jr. in Smithsonian’s Black History Museum?

Sad but true: When the National Museum of African American History and Culture opens next week, the slain leader of the 1960s civil rights movement will be memorialized in the exhibitions. But thanks (or no thanks) to his estate, the public will not see any significant objects from King’s life.
