HR Guidance: NLRB Reports Findings in 14 Cases of Terminations Due to Employee Use of Social Media
Last month the National Labor Relations Board issued a report summarizing the outcomes of 14 recent cases where an employee was fired due to his or her use of social media such as Facebook. One case in particular dealt with comments made by an employee of a homeless shelter while she was on the overnight shift at the shelter.
